Holiday Inn Ankara - Cukurambar, an IHG Hotel

Brilliant, professional service from every single member of the staff. We were hosted with great attention and warm smiles from the minute we arrived at the hotel to the one we left. The team works round the clock to make sure the guests are comfortable and they did make a difference. The facilities are very good. The beds were really comfortable and the room was very clean. The TV in the room had a great selection of channels. There is 24 hour service available at the downstairs restaurant and bar and it has been great having a few drinks at the lobby before going to bed in the evening. We've been travelling for over a month across multiple countries and hotels and Holiday Inn Ankara Cukurambar was the best stay we had. A genuine thanks to all the team and we're looking forward to our next stay with them.

Well, it was very-very pleasant experience that we got from the staying, thank you for hosting us! First we orderd a taxi via Booking.com and even though the booking experience was not the smoothest the taxi service itself was very convenient. We were greeted after midnight by friendly receptionist and the concierge who took our heavy luggage to our room. We got a room upgrade as I asked for a room with a bath :) The breakfast was rich and delicious. Helpful stuff in the dining area helping with tea. Bed was very-very big and comfortable, there were two kinds of pillows (softer and harder). Nice bed sheets as well. Blow drier and ironing inside the room. We had a complimentary bottle of red Turkish wine, fruits, sweets and two bottles of water. Bubble bath was very good, we enjoyed it a lot!

It's not my 1st time staying at HolidayInn Hotels and they were all nice, so this one was not an exception. The service is on top, and the room was very clean and cozy. Highly recommend!
